Switching Context
The team context switcher controls what data you see and where new sessions are saved. Switch between personal and team workspaces instantly.
How It Works
Click your avatar in the header to open the dropdown. If you belong to at least one team, a Workspace section lists:
- Personal -- your individual workspace (default)
- The teams you belong to
The active workspace is highlighted. Click a different one to switch. If you belong to no team, there is no Workspace section -- the dropdown shows a separate Create a team action instead.
What Changes When You Switch

Persistence
Your selected workspace is saved on your account and applied on every request, so the context persists across browser sessions and devices. If you close your browser and come back, you'll still be in the same team context. Switch to "Personal" to return to your individual view.
If you lose membership of your current team (for example, an admin removes you), the stale context is cleared on your next request and you're silently back in Personal.
Session ownership is exclusive -- a session belongs to either a team or your personal space, never both. This keeps data boundaries clean and avoids confusion about who can see what.
