Usage Dashboard
Track your team's activity, token consumption, and per-member breakdown from the Team Settings page.
Accessing the Dashboard
Go to Team Settings (via the header dropdown or the team page). Team Settings is open to admins and owners. The usage dashboard is the first section, showing metrics for the current calendar month.
Summary Stats
Four headline metrics at the top:
- Sessions -- total agent sessions run by your team this month
- Tokens Used -- combined prompt + completion tokens across all sessions
- Checkout Rate -- percentage of sessions that reached checkout
- Total Duration -- cumulative wall-clock time across all sessions
Outcome Breakdown
A bar chart showing how sessions ended:
- Checkout -- agent reached the checkout stage
- Cart -- agent created a cart but didn't reach checkout
- Search Only -- agent searched but didn't progress further
- Failed -- session errored out
Top Stores
The stores your team has tested most, ranked by session count. Shows both total sessions and successful checkouts per store.
Per-Member Activity
See which team members are active: sessions run and tokens consumed per person. Useful for understanding team engagement and allocating resources.
Quota and Limits
Agent sessions are capped per tier:
| Tier | Session limit |
|---|---|
| Anonymous | 15 per day |
| Personal (Free) | 50 per month |
| Team | 200 per month |
Store-page (WebMCP) runs on the Agent page have a separate limit as well: 10 per user per day, reset at midnight UTC. See WebMCP: the store page.
The user dropdown (your avatar in the header) shows your current quota at a glance: sessions used out of the limit, a progress bar, and when the window resets.
Your personal usage has its own page at Settings > Usage, with the same monthly stats scoped to your individual account -- plus a Top models panel the team dashboard doesn't have.
API Tokens
Below the usage stats, the settings page shows all active API tokens with their last-used timestamps. Admins can create new tokens or revoke existing ones.
Usage figures are calculated from your team's sessions when you open the page, so they are always current.
